How do I place an order on Upster?

Simply browse our collection, select your preferred items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your details and complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We understand that plans can change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at Upsterinc@gmail.com as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes can only be made within a short window after placement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.

How can I track my order?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
